Bak is located on the top floor of Het Veem, a former timber warehouse in Amsterdam’s Houthaven, led by chef Benny Blisto. In a striking industrial setting, modern, flavour-driven dishes are paired with organic produce and natural wines. Over the past year, the restaurant has deepened its culinary confidence, strengthened its team, and continued to host cultural collaborations and farm-to-table events that connect city diners with rural producers.
