Zeik offers technically driven cooking with the quality of the ingredients as its main focus. The gastronomy is restrained, almost minimalist, with beautiful presentations and high flavors that are accompanied by a personable and knowledgeable front-of-house team. When the local greengrocer visits, staff members are each given 50 euros to to encourage them to live as they preach, even at home.
