Vin d’Où

Those who seek will find
A little south of Antwerp, in the small and quiet area of Berchem, is the farmhouse restaurant Vin d’Où. Here, they put their heart and soul into seeking out the best possible ingredients. The bread is made with flour from Mulino Marino — which uses old stone mills to grind the wheat — the wild herbs come from a valley in the Tyrol region, the coffee beans are from Verona, and the beef is from a Tyrol-area farm where the animals graze at an altitude of 2,300 metres. Although most ingredients are from Belgium, quality comes before origin and they’re open to ingredients from other parts of Europe.
