Unforgettable from start to finish
“There’s no such thing as an Ugly Butterfly, in the same way as there’s no such thing as food waste”, claims owner Adam Handling. The view through the huge windows is simply stunning, with the Cornish shoreline right at your feet. Concept-wise, however, we’re at a super-local version of Adam’s London restaurant Frog, with a similar approach to luxury dining through recycling and re-using. Thus, we get to experience brilliantly executed “wasted snacks” based on offcuts, before diving into our Orkney scallops and Cornish golden grains.
Sustainability highlights
