Green at heart
For Valentijn, Matthew and Lizzy, the month of September equals good things only: the prospect of a fresh start, the harvesting of grapes, vegetables and other produces that’s essential to this ambitious little kitchen. At its heart, we find lovingly selected, biodynamic produce, from flowers and vegetables to flour and wines. Although some meat and fish can be found on the short, bistro-esque menu, the main event here are the vegetables and the familiar atmosphere in which they are served.
