It’s been just over a year since Showw opened its doors; an ambitious restaurant in grand, lavish surroundings that somehow signify a strong gastronomic intention. Despite the luxurious setting, the kitchen remains grounded. Local ingredients are prioritized, and seasonal vegetables are the only ones used. Showw is on an interesting path and will be followed closely.
