A flavourful synergy
One of the goals of restaurant VÅR is to create a small universe of their own, or – to use their own words – a collective made up of local farmers, fishermen, hunters and producers. Another goal is to tickle the senses of the lucky guests able to make their way to the Finnish city of Porvoo. The menu is a modern take on Finland’s culinary heritage, shaped by what happens to be available in the surroundings, including the restaurant’s own, organic farm and served by what seems to be an impeccably professional bunch of friends.
