The heart of teamwork
At the base of a six-floor seaside building, Wellamo embraces the history of its space, evoking a sense of nostalgia. Dried flowers adorn the walls, and vintage decorations bring character to the interior. The graphics are crafted by a local artist and friend of the staff, while the wine list—curated by a former Palace sommelier—offers a thoughtful selection of both natural and conventional wines. Dani, the executive chef and owner, is deeply committed to sourcing ever more sustainable and local ingredients. In the kitchen, dishes are composed with an elegant connection to nature—vibrant yet never heavy. Each dish is beautifully presented and crafted with skillful technique. Every part of the ingredients is used purposefully, creating a sense completeness in the dining experience.
