Purely Finnish, from root to leaf
Nothing on this menu is sourced outside Finland’s borders—except for salt. This challenge is embraced by the three co-owners of Skörd, located in the city center. Creativity shines through in the dishes, which are elegant and refined yet occasionally rustic and adventurous. Even in the glass, only Finnish beverages are served. Berry wines are thoughtfully paired with the food, selected to highlight the unique traits of each dish. From tableware to furniture, interior is carefully sourced second-hand, completing the sustainable circle the restaurant aims to share with its guests.
