The wine list is also patriotic, not out of kindness but because the quality of Swiss wines today is exceptional. The cooking is technically driven, the dishes are beautiful, and the flavors are bold. The team at EquiTable is small and works seamlessly. No matter who serves the dishes, a short story about the ingredients and their origins is always included.
