Sandwiched between a bakery, a bar and a pizza place, Restaurant Europa offers boundary-pushing gastronomy, in close connection with the suppliers, who bring in their produce in reuseable crates. The tasting menu revolves around beloved ingredients such as asparagus and langoustines, although cooked and plated in fun and sometimes surprising ways.
