Remi
Small-scale with pure intentions
Remi seeks out smaller producers, but it doesn’t seem to matter if they’re located nearby. The most important thing is that they have the right values and act sustainably in the long term, not their geographical distance. The cooking at Remi is simple and honest, and the chefs always want to put an ingredient on a pedestal, letting it speak for itself. It is likable, credible, knowledgeable, and very good.
Summary:
