An ode to good food and biodiversity
The scent of slow-roasted garlic lingers over what is arguably the best, plant-based restaurant in Barcelona. The menu changes regularly according to what’s available in terms of organic, locally sourced ingredients. The dining concept is equally unusual and alluring: Guests pick an appetizer, a main and a dessert at a fixed price of €32 per person, plus drinks. The latter deserve a special mention – everything from soft drinks to beer is small-scale and crafted in the Barcelona district, whereas the wines are produced in a regenerative way.
