Ambitious with a relaxed environment
It’s somewhat ironic that Rado is in the middle of the city’s old town area, surrounded by historic buildings, monuments, and hordes of tourists with their mobile phone cameras at the ready. This is a restaurant that wants to look to the future and wants to challenge its guests with innovative dishes, often with slightly unusual touches like bone marrow, lamb’s heart, and homemade rabbit sausage. Despite an ambitious menu with fun ingredients, they keep their profile, along with their prices, low. However, the list of local suppliers is long.
