Well-made food with a fresh perspective
Rado, situated in Tallinn’s old town, is run by dynamic duo Rado Mitro and Triinu Tapper, who firmly believe that sustainable food should neither be boring nor overpriced. The menu is as sleekly modern as the venue itself and the produce ranges from luxury items such as white asparagus and truffle, often bought at Tallinn’s Central Market, to freshly picked mushrooms or lilac flowers. The menu is seasonal – and flanked by a wine list to boot, featuring many off the beaten track-alternatives.
