At PLANO, the rhythm of nature sets the pace. Led by chef Vítor Adão, whose roots are in northern Portugal, the kitchen is shaped by a deep connection to land, producers and craft. Cooking follows what the land and sea provide, favouring small producers, overlooked ingredients and vegetables that don’t need to look perfect to taste great. Everything on the table carries a story, resulting in food that feels thoughtful, responsible and genuinely human.
