The first thing you notice when you take your seat at Pignut Restaurant is how small and intimate the space is—and the close distance to the other guests and staff. Despite the somewhat formal dining room and ambitious tasting menu, there’s never a dull moment at Pignut, largely due to the innovative, playful cooking that is entirely based on locally sourced, top-quality ingredients.
