Catch of the day
Péché means “fishing” in French, so it comes as no surprise that the menu here is brim-full of blue delights such as oysters and sea urchin, alongside innovatively used fruits, herbs and vegetables. Sustainable meat is also creatively incorporated into the menu, be it pork belly or frog leg. And – the formerly plant-based sister restaurant Café Beurre now having begun to serve the odd bit of fish and meat, makes menu planning and waste reduction all the more efficient.
