Kristiane Kegelmann, Alina Jakobsmeier, and Julia Giese are the trio behind Pars, which devotes itself to a gastronomy that’s in tune with the times. The smaller, flavor-driven dishes use local produce, and the wine list is characterized by natural wines from lesser-known producers. The tone is playful yet serious. The feeling is that there is a message, a meaning behind each dish, which heightens the experience and makes us want to eat more, drink more, and feel more.
