Osip
Putting words into action
At a three-way intersection in the middle of the small community of Bruton, you’ll find Osip — a small, family-run, farm-to-table restaurant managed by the talented Merlin Labron-Johnson and his team. Like many restaurants at this gastronomic level, they prefer not to talk about their views on sustainability but instead show what they believe through concrete actions. The lush surroundings, as well as the proximity of the ingredients and the people behind them, are reflected in both the food and the drinks. The dishes are beautiful, balanced, and flavorful; simple and unpretentious on the one hand but technically sophisticated on the other.
