Five core themes can be found throughout everything at the small Mediterranean-inspired wine bar Oocker: simplicity, seasonality, affordability, uniqueness, and creativity. Some dishes may feel simple and rustic, but the restaurant can also outdo itself. Occasionally, the menu includes lamb terrine pan, confit de figues in rosemary syrup, or jus d’agneau served with a fresh potato salad and lime mayo. It’s a bit quirky, somewhat odd — and very tasty!
