Dishes rich in flavour
The ambition at Neon is to one day have their own farm to supply the restaurant with vegetables and herbs. Until that dream is realized, they’re working with growers, farmers, and hunters throughout the Liége region. The dining room feels Nordic, with clean lines, organic materials, and bright open spaces. The dishes are centered around seasonal vegetables, but fish or meat occasionally appear on the menu. Extra credit to whoever’s the sauté chef. They’re a creating magic as saucier!
