This modest, family-owned restaurant is in it for the right reasons. The staff is encouraged to maintain a healthy work-life balance and the kitchen follows a strict nose-to-tail, root-to-stem philosophy, while making sure only to use locally and sustainably sourced produce. Last but not least, they believe in excellent food and wine – after all, this is a natural wine bar serving Spanish food in a skilful and somewhat untraditional way, incorporating both flame-grilling and Asian techniques.
