Broad-minded but firmly rooted
Land claims to offer a modern, plant focused, casual dining experience, with flavours from around the world. We can only agree! This is a exemplary display of how you can twist your local (i.e. Birmingham-grown), seasonal ingredients into a creative “chef’s menu” using techniques such as fermentation, pickling and dehydrating. Furthermore, the small team behind Land is putting a lot of effort reusing, recycling, reducing plastic and coming up with new ideas on how to make the world a better place, little by little.
