Aptly based in the ancient headquarters of the Agricultural cooperation, chef- and sommelier duo Alex Carrera and Cristina Feliu offer a menu based on the finest ingredients the region has to offer. Overall, the level of gastronomy is high – and highly original; reliable ingredients such as monkfish, oysters and lamb are paired with unusual flavor accents and techniques. The result is an extensive menu that is also surprisingly sustainable, thanks to the kitchen’s focus on seasonality, recycling and re-inventing.
