Kolm Sõsarat
The heart of its terrain
We’re not sure this tagline works that well in English and would need more information to come up with something else. Kolm Sõsarat (which means “three sisters”) has a heritage all its own, where everything revolves around living in harmony with nature and fully utilizing plants, vegetables, mushrooms, and berries. It doesn’t get much more pastoral, or more personal, than that. This is a gastronomy with identity, created from first-class seasonal ingredients. It all feels paradoxical, with a merging of both the traditional and the modern but also the simple and the sophisticated.
