Still smoking hot
Year after year, this miniscule, Soho restaurant – where you have to squeeze past people waiting for a table, since they don’t accept pre-bookings – continues to be one of the most addictive places in London. At Kiln, you will find a constantly changing menu of Thai-influenced food cooked over fire and coal. It’s worth the wait, the red-hot Jungle curry and lamb skewers are magnificent. Unlike a lot of other places serving Asian inspired fare, the kitchen is proudly serving and highlighting produce from local, organic farms and fishmongers.
