Daring to be different
Are we at one of Brussel’s hotspots, or have we in fact ended up at a noisy gathering of a particularly cool friend? The kind who seems to haphazardly throw together odd bits of furniture with up-and-coming art, plus natural wines and messy-chic dishes made from local, organic produce? It’s impossible to pinpoint Grabuge, which is possibly part of the allure. Other highlights include ingenious combinations like udon noodles with cheddar or chicken with mussels, mushrooms and ginger, and tables shaped like little clouds.
