Where the people are as important as the food
As a guest in a restaurant, you never know what goes on behind the scenes. You can judge the food on the plate and the drink in the glass, but you can never know how the staff are doing. At Coda, however, the staff is the center of attention. It was noticeable during our visits and confirmed by the management, who spoke about engagement, respect, and work-life balance. At Coda, each individual employee is allowed to create their own mark. Coda is a restaurant that focuses on desserts, showcasing techniques and flavors associated with the sweet side of the menu. The dishes are innovative, thought-provoking, and, of course, very tasty.
