Cafe de Ceuvel
71-75
A green oasis right by the water
The waterfront development De Ceuvel is a hub of offices, studios, galleries, and hotels. At the heart of it all is Café De Ceuvel, where guests dine on pontoons in the water and take in the spectacular views of Amsterdam. The menu is based on a solid foundation of biodynamic, organic, and locally produced ingredients. The contract for the restaurant has been extended for two years, but anyone green at heart naturally hopes that it won’t end there. The world needs more restaurants like this, not less.
