Calling Brawn a neighborhood restaurant is not inaccurate but somewhat misleading. Brawn has, over the years (the restaurant opened in 2010), become a foodie destination, most likely entirely unintentionally. Not one for PR and grandstanding, Brawn lets the food and drink do the talking. Self-confidence shines through; here, they are secure in the conviction that quality ingredients with a clear identity are the basis for a living, sustainable, and well-rooted gastronomy.
