Since opening up its vintage, industrial glass doors a few years ago, Bistro Goeswijn has gained a young-ish, hip and somewhat artistic following. An exciting selection of natural wines may be the main attraction, but the food is definitely more than just a sidekick. With an in-house vegetable garden, the kitchen makes sure to serve plenty of vegetarian and vegan options along with game meat and local, organic produce, each sharing-style dish being beautifully plated in order to highlight the main components.
