Hidden in the old town of San Sebastián, this is the personal project of Sara and Lancelot — a duo who met while working in local kitchens and decided to go their own way. It’s more modern than the typical pintxos bar, but unmistakably rooted in the city. With Lancelot hailing from England and Sara from Colombia, their Donostian menu carries confident influences from their respective backgrounds. And it works. Balanced, well-seasoned plates — with something rare for the region: acidity. Whatever you do, don’t miss the pork.
