The French attributes are legion; in fact, the entirety of Bar Bulot is a tribute to French cuisine! This is especially true of the dishes, where the classics follow one another, but also in the aesthetics, the decor, and the staff’s uniform of white shirts with sleeve holders and suspenders. The concept proved to be so popular in Bruges that a sister restaurant was opened here in Antwerp. The ingredients are of the highest quality, the kitchen works to keep food waste at a low level, and there is great curiosity about organic ingredients.
