At the forefront of organic
Chef Benny Blisto continues to refine his restaurant in the Het Veem building, a former warehouse in the old timber port of western Amsterdam. There have been many changes over the last year — both in the interior design and among the staff. The team is now more cohesive, and the cooking has reached a new level of maturity. Bak offers a special dining experience, largely thanks to its unique setting and the creative dishes made from premium, organic ingredients.
