At Âmago in Lisbon, dining is reduced to what truly matters. Run by chefs Marta and André, the restaurant revolves around a single communal table with just ten seats. Cooking happens up close, in real time, as dishes are finished and served within seconds. Opened during the pandemic, Âmago is an intimate, personal project where curiosity, craft and connection define the experience. The food is seasonal, precise and driven by instinct rather than format.
