Creative, ambitious, caring
The location in the El Poble-sec neighborhood used to belong to the celebrated Pakta, but since May 2022, we now find in its place a Mediterranean Izakaya that is well on its way to establishing a new strong gastronomic brand inspired by Japan. Alapar is run by Jaume Marambio and Vicky Maccarone, two well-known restaurateurs who were previously active within the El Barri restaurant group. Here, there is a desire to act sustainably, and considering that the menu is characterized by fish and shellfish, it feels particularly urgent to set demands on the suppliers.
