Aerde
71-75
Rooted in Berlin and beyond
On the first floor of an apartment building, you will find Aerde, which has been open for a little over a year. It’s a restaurant serving smaller dishes intended for sharing, prepared with local ingredients sourced from Berlin and the surrounding area. The service is warm and welcoming, a bit like visiting the home of a close friend. There are good wines by the glass, but also a lot of non-alcoholic ones produced by the restaurant itself. Here, they care about promoting their suppliers and producers, both on social media and to the guests at the restaurant.
Sustainability highlights
- Nose-to-tail gastronomy
- Focus on European wines, mostly German
- All fish served come from lakes near Berlin
