Hamburg’s only two-star restaurant also shows a great commitment to sustainability issues, which is reassuring and gratifying. The restaurant is located in a rundown industrial area on the outskirts of the city is, to say the least, a bit off. A bell at the front door grants you access to an elevator that takes you up to the third floor, where a whole new world opens up. The ingredients are top-notch, the dishes are beautiful, and the kitchen doesn’t hesitate to go all out with the presentations. The front-of-the-house staff is responsive and manages to raise the experience even further with their knowledge and passion for both food and drink.
