Bar Bocht feels like the product of a restless, entrepreneurial imagination—with a touch of endearing nerdiness. Created by the three founders of Restaurant Rotonde, it expands their vision into a more casual space. Here, specialty coffee, breakfast bowls, hearty warm dishes, and both familiar and newly discovered wines are served throughout the day. As with its sister restaurant, everything is sourced locally from like-minded producers, keeping the philosophy intact.
