Alice Pollet and Marie Desemberg have created something small, intimate and distinctly their own. The cooking is plant-led but never preachy, while natural wine and a certain rough-edged elegance give the place its character. There is a strong sense of collaboration here — more duo than chef-and-sommelier sidekick.
