Expertly reflecting the four seasons
Hidden in an industrial corner of Hamburg, 100/200 Kitchen is shaped by trust, craft and long-term thinking. Led by Thomas Imbusch and Sophie Lehmann, the restaurant works with a seasonal “carte blanche menu” that shifts before each new phase of the year. Ingredients come from close relationships with local farms, brewers and makers, while all non-alcoholic pairings are created in-house. Sustainability here is practical and people-driven; from steam-based cleaning and handmade interiors to fair shifts, education and a deep commitment to the local food community.
