Fine dining on fire
With a fresh and innovative take on fine dining, Aster entered the gastronomic stage of Brussels in 2022. At the heart of the kitchen, we find the open fire, where local fish and vegetables are expertly prepared by head chef Túbo Logier and his team, often resulting in unique flavours and surprising combinations. The restaurant boasts it’s on vegetable patch, in collaboration with a local farmer, and there is a strong emphasis on minimizing food waste by creative up-cycling of off-cuts.
