Birdy’s by Arichen reflects Christian Vogel’s belief in giving guests the freedom to shape their own experience, whether sharing dishes at the table or settling in at the bar. The cooking is bold and technically confident, with vegetables in the lead and meat, poultry and fish used with restraint. Close ties to local farmers, careful handling of resources and many small in-house solutions give the creativity a grounded, thoughtful backbone.
