Polish fare for foodies
French and Asian restaurants may be a dime a dozen, but when it comes to Polish food served abroad, the market is surprisingly empty. Kudos to head chef Jakub Blowgowski for having the guts to serve a sophisticated bistro-take on some of his childhood classics, based on local, organic produce. The menu encompasses traditional, Polish favourites like blinis, pierogis and lazanki (polish noodles with sour cabbage) alongside highbrow ingredients such as oysters and langoustines, for a daring yet down-to-earth approach.
Sustainability highlights
- 90 percent percent locally sourced ingredients
- Close relationship with growers and suppliers
- Natural wines from Europe
