Whether you choose a set menu at the restaurant, or a more casual option in the bistro part, Ivresse offers a friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable service once you’ve arrived through the grocery store (!) at the entrance. The wine-list is fun and dynamic, focusing on natural wines that accompany the creative yet down to earth cooking, where round and intense flavours are favored. Produce-wise, the focus is on local, organic vegetables, with a generous proportion of meat, fish and seafood.
