Bohemian rhapsody
This ambitious restaurant has only been around since 2024 but already gained a loyal following, partly thanks to a great wine list and guest appearances in the kitchen. The vibe is bohemian but dignified, with a view of the canals. Whether presented through a five-course menu or à la carte, each dish bears the distinctive trademark of chef and co-owner Amadou Dia (who divides his time between Trees and Gertrude). Think local specialities such as quail, bone or green asparagus, enhanced by flavours and techniques from around the globe.
