In the heart of Utrecht’s Binnenstad, Patty and Tjade’s rather new restaurant brings together two shared passions: Asian cuisine—most notably Thai—and a genuine love for traditional cooking. The precision and aesthetics of the dishes reflect chef Tjade’s background at the now-closed two-Michelin-star restaurant Bord’Eau in Amsterdam. Yet this kitchen is about far more than perfect cubes. Here, nothing goes to waste; creativity drives the reuse of ingredients, resulting in intensely flavored, balanced dishes that truly awaken the palate.
