A real showstopper

Guests at Restaurant Showw are encouraged to “indulge in the finest comfort food”, although based on our experience, encouragement is hardly needed. The restaurant is run by noted chef duo Dorus Floris and Lendl Mijnhijmer, whose joint vision is to offer their guests a dinner experience out of the ordinary, conceived with a sustainable mindset. The menu is creative, almost theatrical, bringing together the finest of Dutch, seasonal produce with a wine list to match – Lendl Mijnhijmer happens to be an award-winning sommelier.
