A new era
Alba has previously been seen as more of a wine bar with food, but has since evolved into a restaurant with a strong emphasis on wine. The menu remains simple and concise, built around the finest produce. And not luxurious in the conventional sense, but rather valued for the way they are grown and treated – with respect for nature, patience, and care. Sourced from small-scaled Dutch producers, the ingredients are thoughtfully refined to showcase their distinct character. Such produce naturally comes at a cost, but at Alba nothing is wasted. It’s a place sustained by genuine care – for the ingredients, the environment, and one another.
